Excellent service and speedy delivery from Sanye. Highly recommend them

I ordered a walking cooler with black exterior, but received the white one. (Maybe seller forgot to include the black trim that goes on the facade) There are a lot of panels that are miss aligned. The supplier forgot to make a cut out for refrigeration unit where the ac supposed to go. The opening where the windows supposed to go is smaller then windows themselves, so the windows cannot be installed, as well as plastic trimming on the window opening is missing leaving exposed foam that cannot be used to secure the windows with screws, that is another reason the windows cannot be installed. Outside panel where the front glass door goes has a lot holes that are not supported to be there. Claire was lying about the situation when we requested a refund
